Chemikal87, if you wouldn't mind, can you please let me know which parts of your 3D model aren't being updated?

In addition to the stats being incorrect on my signature, so is the 3-D model. The 3-D model in my profile is also wrong, though it does show the right gear in the information frame. I've tried updating approximately 6 times over the last several days, and it still hasn't updated.

Hi Lightplayer and welcome to Magelo!
Your character 3D models are working, if you wish to have them toggled on by default whenever the profile is viewed, you can check the option in the checkbox at My characters > Manage > Customize > Profile.
Please remember to save the changes when you're done!

My DK's hair has vanished! He normally has the mohawk, but the 3D model shows him as bald.

Hello,
My character is currently level 80, but my character's 3D model is still showing my character as it was in level 57, and it doesn't show my helmet in the 3D model. Yes, I did tick the option to show the helmet on the 3D model.
The rest is just fine

Give her a break, she just wants a nap after tanking Molten Core.
Seriously, though, I recommend that you try to re-Sync. It's an unfortunate fact that sometimes Magelo Sync will take the character model information when its blinking, a re-Sync will quickly fix that.

Hmm, for some reason I cannot see my character's 3D avatar where it's supposed to be in the signature. Plus, when you switch from Retribution build to Holy build, the gloves my character is wearing in the 3D model does not match in appearance to the ones my char wears in the statistics page.

Your signature avatar is updated now. We've identified the problem with the gloves and we should be able to correct this with the next patch.
