I'm brand new here, but I haven't ever had any problems with account security until I downloaded Magelo sync. Perhaps coincidentally, my account was hacked within 48 hours of downloading Magelo Sync.

Sorry to hear about your account crm552 but I can tell you that it's pure coincidence. Hopefully you can resolve this matter with Blizzard.

/rant I've personally been using magelo since the good 'ol EQ days, and i have never ever ever had a problem with them. And if you really don't trust magelo then don't use it more for us users that trust them. And besides who doesn't use an authenticator anyways? /rant off
