I just joined and uploaded profiles for two of my characters; neither of them have 3D models or portraits, it's just blank.

Hi brandorf, it's fixed, the render engine was stuck somehow...

Hello,
My main character's robes and gloves do not appear correctly in the 3D model and the robes - the robes shown are a different pattern/texture and the gloves don't seem to have much of a texture at all. The robes, at least, haven't displayed corrected since I created my account and character profile (I have since gotten a new pair of gloves, but I think the original pair I was wearing displayed correctly). I've resynched many times, both with the same gear on, and after respeccing back and forth. All of my other characters display perfectly. Her profile is linked in the signature.

Hi, kmc4637, I'll check with the team regarding this bug - we might need to upload the bug fix next patch.
By the way, I would suggest to re-Sync your druid in Feral spec when your character is in Bear/Cat form, as it would not show it as a Melee DPS/Tank Archetype otherwise.

Ok, so I haven't been on Magelo for a little while, but I noticed that on my character's profile ( http://wow.magelo.com/profile/1662306) there isn't any button to open the 3D model window anymore. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but it means that the only way to see it is to set it to auto display upon loading the profile, and if you close it, you have to reload the page to get it back... Also, if I recall correctly, I used to be able to rotate the model and all, but now I can't...

Having problems with gear in 3D models... On main char(in signature) changed armor and now axe - on model still halberd(synced many times). Also tested on orc hunter now claws, model still wears staff...

I believe it's a cache issue that happened a couple days ago. We will keep an eye on this during our upcoming patch.
Oct 12, 2009 Update: It's confirmed to be a persistent glitch, our team has been informed and will try to correct it as soon as we can.

Hello,
Not sync'ed for sometime. Due to odd russian problems Magelo seemed to have.
Started again the inventory seems correct however the 3D model is a fair few months old, the weapon for a start is 2 behind my current.

Hello, I synced both my Death Knight and Warrior last night, and when I checked today, the signature and 3D model did not update. The profile reflects the gear that I synced however. I just tried syncing my Death Knight again and so far it doesn't look to be fixed.

I'm having similar issues. Started synching again yesterday and everything except my 3D model updates fine.
I'm wearing the gear from appr. half a year ago in the model, even though the items are correct in my profile.

Hello everyone 
I'm having exactly the same problems as Tag, just syncronized my profile and gear is fine now, but the 3D model still shows the old equip.
Can it be fixed?

jsut resynced my toons after a few months of not, and the 3d models show my old gear when the tooltips show my new stuff, it wont update. ive tried re-syncing multiple times
