For those interested - there's a site out there that lets up create a signature. Check out http://www.rpgoutfitter.com

It uses to Character Profiler addon and you upload it to their site. And that creates a signature that you can look at.

For those at Magelo, talk with Calvin on his site about using Character Profiler here. It's an addon he created. Works in game - and doesn't require an additional client. I like the addon function better because it is cross platform. No need to worry about Mac vs. PC. (and no need to worry about key loggers, either).

I see this thread is a few months old. Is there any new info if we are ever going to see the sync program for MAC?? I jsut started WoW and found the site, and think its a great idea. Right now I'm using it on my PC, but I play on my macbook, I would love to not have to turn on my PC just to sync my character!!

Hello everyone.

Our current focus is on getting the PC version of Magelo Sync as bug-free as possible. Implementing a Mac version will take a lot of time and resources which we are currently devoting to fixing the bugs in the current version as well as the Beta 2 version of our World of Warcraft channel. We are considering the possibilities of a Mac version of Magelo Sync; however, it may be quite some time before such a version will be released as it must be made to be compatible with all the games we are planning to offer.

Just adding my vote for a mac addon for this site. I'm not much of a programmer, but if you guys ever develop a beta testing for the mac side I'll be glad to help.

Adding another vote for Mac. Just FYI, Macs are more popular than ever because Leopard (OS X10.5) runs Windows Vista and Windows XP, faster and with less errors than a Windows PC, according to PC World.

Besides that I am an Appple Certified Technician and am amazed at the growth of the iMac and its companion MacBook and MacBook Pro. Aplple will never replace the PC , but with 20% market and growing more each week, anyone would be remiss in not supporting Mac when designing programs.

I had to fire up my old PC, which could never run WoW, just to sync my character...

Erycil....your answer to the topic seems to me to be a bit of a cop out. More and more users/gamers are moving to the Mac platforms due to a whole host of reasons and with that you are alienating all of them from the ability to use your service. Not to mention your Premium Service, which is how of course you fund this project. The addition of a sync program for the Mac users to potentially double your revenue sources would be of a high concern to me.

It seems as if it has been at the very least 4 months since this topic was even brought up and to date not even a plan to create a sync has been made. As all WoW gamers would say, you have a good product, but it's disappointing to only have it available to a small group of players. Until you make a mac compatible version what good would your community features like your guild page when the entire roster of a guild cannot sign up?

Please take this opportunity to make this a priority of Magelo's to include everyone.

Thank you

As a serious wow player and a serious geek find it staggering that there isnt a ported version for the MAC community.

Any solution that is to support a dual platform application SHOULD be dual platform itself.

Someone, somewhere in your organization should be hanging their heads in shame.

Not to mention lost eyeballs, lost revenues, lost customers.......
