Hi Jascel, your character has been synchronized correctly and you can find it in My characters page.

I have a character that have been stuck on importing since the 13th. didn't see this post until today

Nearly all of my characters seem to be stuck "in the queue" for doing an armory import. It has been like this for a few days now. Is there a way to get them unstuck?

As indicated in my previous post, we are working on this issue TinkerBella.
We will keep you posted in this thread as soon as it is fixed.

I have a character stuck on verifying armory import again, or accualy same character as last reported in this thread but now in the later state. ´

Nvm, found out that is works if you just logg in to the character your trying to import. So it get syncronised by the client in to your account.

Atleast that made it unstuck in the import screen.

I'm happy for you that you got it working, but I'm not sure I understand your post..

you log onto your character in wow and then the armory update here works? I'm not sure how or why that would work, how is logging in wow related to a query from this site?

or do you mean that you have switched from using armory update to using the magelo client? if so that's not really a fix, that's like saying "I fixed internet explorer by using firefox instead"


(ps: all my characters are stuck since march 6th)

Really sorry for keeping you waiting so long with this issue. It will be fixed this week.
I will keep you posted as soon as you can try again to import/update your characters.

not only are my chars unstuck, but I see Tmogging is in place as well

Hi MissDeizibug,
This is because we are still working on the WoW patch 5.0.4 as announced on the homepage news. It's a huge patch as it introduce all mechanics for MOP. We hope everything will be ready for the end of the week.
As always, we will compensate our premium users with extra time on their subscriptions.
