In reality this is like a 9 second casting time. Not instant.
Also, since I have equipped it to be able to employ its click, this should be labeled as NO DROP, correct? (see Fenthen's profile, main inventory slot)

We are aware of the casting time issue and we will fix it soon.
Regarding the "No drop", I will report that to Jelan and we will get back to you asap.
FYI, you can link and item with tooltip directly in your post like .
You just need to enter his name and select it with your mouse, then press "ctrl + space".
You can do that for anything in the database.
