Hello,

Here is the log file produced when I try to launch WoW using Magelo Sync 4.4.0:

If I launch WoW manually Magelo Sync will not recognize it. I can sync/update my characters.
Any help is appreciated.

After reading a few other Bug Reports, I tried logging into WoW and selected my character, then launching Magelo Sync. No change. The log report was the same.

I can't load WoW as well. In fact, it won't even load EverQuest. It keeps telling me "Unable to load". =/

Hi gfleeman,

Sorry for the late feedback on your issue. We thought this problem was fixed.

Could you please try again to post your Magelo Sync log? Please follow those steps:
  • launch the game and log your character
  • launch Magelo Sync and login
  • Press ctrl + shift + L to get the log if Magelo Sync don't detect your character

Same for you lilykins.

Hi DreamingShad,
Magelo Sync is not available at the moment as we are still working on supporting the last game update . Please keep an eye on the homepage news where we will post an update as soon as Magelo Sync is up again.
