I downloaded and launched the Magelo Sync program and got the above message when I tried to open it. I know I have the latest Java installed. This a bug?

It's patch day, Magelo won't be working. I would suggest trying again after Magelo is updated.

Please make sure you have Java 7 32bit and Java 7 64bit installed on your computer. It's recommended to have both and it should fix your issue.
As Fenthen mentioned, you will need to wait we patch Magelo Sync to try again to sync. Working on it!
