Looks like something wrong with the database. I've seen this for all sorts of items but simply lookup sunshard dust and click dropped by. Its quite the mess.

I have cleaned the DB as much as I could and fixed the issue in Magelo Sync so that it should not be reporting stuff that are not proper NPCs.
