I've seen some characters listed as lvl 80, but do not have the option myself to go above 75. Is this something that cannot be input manually? I do not have the premium account atm so I cannot use the updater to pull this info from within the game. I browsed the forum fairly quick so I may have missed something already posted, if so just point me in the right direction.

Use the updater. Even if you don't have premium it will update your level and guild tag if you launch and sign in.

Problem is that the updater won't run on my computer. I don't know why there's a problem but there is.

Are you suggesting this is a form of blackmail to get people to use the updater? (Which, at least for today, is 100% broken anyway.)

It's an honest mistake not a twisted strategy to increase our premium user base...
Anyway, this bug is fixed now.

By manual, people mean going to "Manage Character", selecting "Identity Card", and then selecting their level from the drop down.
The drop down is still capped at 75, so one cannot manually update their character.
