It, Appears my Charactier is not showing up on the rankings (2924404). I notice a similar post in the forum which states this is not a bug but was fixed. Can you please take a look and resolve. Not a premium member.

Ranking are only showing by default authentic profiles. We used to be able to include non authentic profiles but we actually have removed this almost a year ago.

My character isn't showing in the rankings either and she did last week. I have sync'd, account is not private and I have premium.

Hi Elvenwench,
Which character are you referring to ? Is it ? If so, that would be normal given the profile has lost its authentic seal, you will have to sync it again and make sure to not manually update it afterwards.
