For 17yrs I have been using Magelo ! for the first time it will not let me update my toon. I got an email I need to pay to update I bought a year in June I always pay in June . Now I can't even do anything
Sync works but my toon has no gear @ level 125 weird !, My main toon is Soulzfighter in Triton Now it will not let me rebuy Premium !!!
Ok my credit card was changed I have a new one how do I enter the new code on the back ?

Got my toon on today . I will try to get the magelo back on my new card . Thank you . will wait until I get the text go move forward . thank you again

I got an email tell me I have 14 days to buy my Premium . so I used the link and still can't buy it !! I'm not sure what to do .. can my account be deleted and I start another one ???? not feeling the love all 2/9/25

Hello , on my computer It lets me log on to magelo !! But on my phone they sent another text saying my magelo will run out in 7 days giving a link to renew

But when I try to log on to renew it says Username and password do not match !! So what gives ???

I see you play everquest on AB server would like to know who your Nero!! is .. if your really from AB you know who I am !! so what gives it's been 3 months now and still no closer to fixing my account ???
either way just text me I will talk to my husband to fix what's wrong
