So my storage is full but when I go to delete things out of media folder, it doesn't exist. So I can't add anything to a folder that doesn't exist and even if I create a folder my storage is already full. Anyone else having this issue?

Jelan will need to "empty the recycle bin" to clear the storage cache. A similar problem exists with Google Drive, where there exists space assigned which you aren't using, since the items were deleted but are still being measured.

I wish I did, sorry.
Jelan has to flush it out when he is able to. I do not have access to anything on the backend of the Magelo server.
I even have numerous images no longer loading up in my signatures.

Fixed, you should be able to see your media and do some cleanup now.
