I'm in need of assistance if possible.
My wife passed away back in March and I'm trying to log into her magelo account but I cannot get the password correct. I tried doing a password reset but her email linked to her account is an old one she no longer had.
I'm boxing her character now and would like to keep her magelo up to date.
