could you post your log file's content in this thread ? To open your log file, type "Ctrl + Shift + L" while Sync is running.
This message appears when the game is patched and requires us to update Sync to handle the new version. As there was no patch lately, it seems you're running a different client  Are you running the US or EU client ? We currently support WoW 2.4.2 (build 8278). If you're running the US or EU client, it means your wow.exe file has been altered in some way, did you modify it in any way ?
If not, I recommand you to run your antivirus to check wow.exe has been affected by a virus or keylogger program.
