Hi There, Would it be possible to implement an import from armory function until the legal concerns about the sync client have been settled ? That means until Blizzard has told us your software is ok to use in conjunction with their game. Until then i will not use your software nor become a premier member. (has been premier member many years in my EverQuest days)

An armory import feature would seem totally counterproductive to me. The whole advantage of Magelo over the likes of warcrafter.net is the ease of use and imediacy of the sync tool. Blizzard are not going to ban or suspend accounts for Magelo use if it remains in its current state. Howver they are also unlikely to approve it as that opens a door for future issues with "why is they memory snooping ok but ours isn't" battles in courts. Remember a chunk of WoWs Dev team are EQ players from proper oldschool raiding guilds. They used Magelo for years in EQ as it was the standard tool for linking profiles in forums sigs and an integral part of the guild application process for probably 90% of guilds. They know what it did and they realise that thats what Jaelan wants to bring to WoW and they probably see it as a good thing. But coming out and saying that publicaly as a company is another thing entirely.
