Hi guys! I don't know how i can manage and edit my profile on Magelo, with the skins, musics and others... can you help me?

Hi all!
To manage your characters you need to go to the Magelo website. This feature is not implemented in Magelo Sync. Just log in and follow the quick steps above 
Go to My characters in the left menu and click on Manage character button (right side of your character thumbnail).
1/ By default you are in the Edit character tab where you can add a biography and create an announcement in your profile if your are looking for a guild.
2/ You can jump to the Customize tab where you can add a background, music, set transparency,...
3/ Finally you can also access to the Privacy settings tab to choose to display or not your money or your inventory in your profile.
Don't forget to save changes in all tabs before looking to your profile.

Hi great,
I just had a look to your screenshot, and it shows you're playing on a private server: WoW United.
We do not support private servers as explained here
