I cant sync my char it says UNABLE TO RETRIVE CHARACTER STATUS HELP

Hi jamill11... if you spent some time reading other posts, you would know we do not support private servers (afaik, WoWstorm in your case). You'll have to use an official WoW account to Sync your characters.
