i can't see my character..i downloaded magelo and watched the video to see if that would help but it didn't...

Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards Rayniek!
In order to create a character profile, you need to run Magelo Sync concurrently with World of Warcraft and hit 'Sync Now' once it detects your character. If Magelo Sync does not run properly, it may be necessary to upgrade your Java Runtime Environment or set your firewall to permit Magelo to run properly.
