For a few days now I've had some trouble with Magelo. I've Sync'd and Syc'd over and over again but it still won't update?... any help?

Also another ERROR I would like to address is: Why does my profile signature's, or even in the 3D - profile engine, my character's neck is completely black? I'm not sure if the Sync just can't render my character's neck or what? lol
