Problem is, as you can probably tell, the black background prevents it from being shown the way it should. This rather ruins the signature. :/
The .png file used does not have any of this black background.

Hi Drunkenvalley,
I take a look to your original image and there is transparency all around the design. Unfortunately, for the moment we don't handle transparency for our signature but it is something that we can work on.
I will see what we can do and I will keep you posted. Nice design by the way

Is the signature output as a .jpg rather than .png, perhaps? :/

Hello Dunkenvalley,
You will be happy to know that we add the option to create/add a transparent background in the signature with the new uptade done yesterday (Jan 29). I am eager to see yours as it should be
