the site has some duration information for talents and spells, but not one has a cooldown
just a thought

Hi and welcome to Magelo, pwrtopll!
It would be nice to have the cooldown for spells implemented. As the mechanics are rather difficult (due to spell cooldowns being affected by talents and glyphs), however, it might take us a while to get a standard down for this kind of feature, if we are planning to include this feature.
TLDR: We're going to consider it, it's still not in our plans yet due to difficulty with implementation.
