Hey guys 1st off nice programm =) i'm new to it so forgive me if i'm bringing up something silly
I was syncing in all of my alts when I came to my shaman, what happened was nothing it came up syncing and the previous character i synced showed. I thought this odd and tried repeatedly before giving up and moved to the next character wich worked fine no problem.
Seeing this i moved back to the other but still no dice.
Now i have a theory as my chars name starts with the letter Æ (wich as i know isnt in the english alphabet hehe) so maybe your program has a problem detecting this?
anyway i just thought i'd mention this its not the end of my world if i cant sync this char =)

I'm guessing it wouldn't be due to special characters - we've had a lot of players from European realms with special characters in their names and they Sync'ed just fine - you may wish to check out the Rankings page and confirm it.
You may wish to restart Magelo Sync; if it doesn't work, I would like to check out your Magelo Sync log. Please hit Ctrl + Shift + L to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents here.

I've gotten a Shammy to 60 with RAF but on my life I can't bring myself to level it anymore. My mains are still sitting at 78
