Ha guys, you make me laugh a moment, thank you
We still have an issue with the 3D engine and to help you recovering a normal face you can upload your own image for your signature since the last patch until we will be able to fixe the issue.
Please go to My characters > Manage > Customize > Website

I tried, but even if I get the 60x80 it tells me other things are wrong which I don't understand. What is H.min and W.min and how do I make it all match up so it works ?

Hi Lascha,
There are few requirements for the image:
Exact image dimension: width = 60px / height = 80px
Maximum Weight: 15kb
Image type: png, jpg.
The error message is not the one you should see, we will investigate to understand this issue.

I also have the same problem with the hair. Any idea when these bugs will be fixed? They've been around for a number of months now, with no sign of them being fixed.
