I notice that Eternal Belt Buckle doesnt show up in a sync when i look at my character although it counts toward the stat.

yeah, the buckle doesnt show up nor the gem in it but im not sure if the stats are showing up either

I'm going to be completely honest on this one - the extra slot given by the Eternal Belt Buckle is very difficult to get to show in the profile at this moment, but what is supposed to happen is that the statistics should be lumped together with that of the Belt itself in the stat calculations so they will be accurate.
Upon checking, it does seem that there is a bug where some of the stats from gems (including the one from the gem in the natural socket) are not displayed in the Modifiers section in the profile. This was not anticipated, so I'll let the team know about it.
However, the overall statistic that comes up in the main page of the profile and your signature is correct - you can double check your Spellpower with the Armory (or in-game, if you remove all your buffs they will be accurate). So the gem is simply not displayed, but the stats from it are taken into the calculations.

I was actually coming here to talk about the belt buckle as well because I noticed my stats were off.
I didn't believe it is taking the gem into account. I'm going to look and double check again. I will update.
UPDATE: The gem in my belt buckle is a Sta and Parry gem. My HP is accurate but my parry on the other hand, is off by -1%. The gem I have in the belt buckle only accounts for 0.11% parry so I'm wondering if the problem lies elsewhere.
Oh something else I noticed.. signature and profile don't match up either. Profile puts me at -1 hp (not really a big deal), while signature is accurate and Profile has me at -1% parry while signature is -0.98%.
