As of 4/23/08 hair styles and colors are incorrect on ALL my characters (I only have nightelves) so I can say the markings are correct though in some case the incorrect color due to incorrect colors on the character's hair. 3D models aren't updating at all in my case.. and my mooncloth shoulders that have never shown up on my priest still don't. Looked at my stats in detail, I saw that DKs were mentioned but just to reiterate; Armor and Parry is off (showing lower than in game) on my DK, everything else is good. I did indeed sync in Frost Presence as I am a tank. Noticed some stat issues on my Rogue as well: Damage, speed, attack power, hit rating all displaying lower than actual stats. My priest was off as well but I think that may be because I was buffed, so I am not mentioning it.

We've just patched our servers to correct the 3D model issue - if you could re-Sync your characters, they should show up fine. The DK stats are still something we need to work on, we're trying to take the three DK presences into account when calculating stats. The Hit Rating from your Rogue gear seem to sum up correctly - 194 in this case. Could you tell me if your character paperdoll has 203 Hit Rating instead, or would it be higher? If that is the case then it must be taking into account, which we have left out as it did not apply to your characters' overall Hit Rating. Could you tell me the actual value for your attack speed and damage please? Thank you for your patience.

On the characters and hair issues, I only ever complain after I have synced.. so yes I did sync and still had that issue (when I posted above). I even left it running for a while. I did not sync since my last post and now they are correct... (which I don't mind magical correction ) and my priest actually has her shoulders! Thank you I do indeed have precision, perhaps that is what it is. Here are my stats: I haven't played this character seriously since April 2007 so it's not like she has any new spiffy gear or anything but as you mentioned perhaps it is the talent.

Hi AnexPMS. We just did a stat patch, could you please resync and let us know how it goes ? Everything should be perfect now.
