I'm new to Magelo myself, however i've come to the realisation that not alot of experienced "pro" players use these forums. Anyone want to discuss something a bit more significant than "lvl 19 crossroad PvP"? Say - Yogg Saron strats on how not to get LoS healing in the brain room? Or perhaps why you gem for SP over Int? Any and all replies are welcome (:

If by 'experienced' you mean 'wiping 5 hours with PuGs', then I'm a veteran. My server PuGs are soul-crushingly inept, or maybe it's just me.
If you have any suggestions on what's a good kiter for Ignis adds, I'm all ears.

Hi! I have some raiding experience in Ulduar (finished all WotLK raids before) but the problem is there are many players and guilds on my realm who just are "unable" to raid... they just do silly things the whole time and you have to tell them everything (mage a cast spell x, druid a get out of fire!...) or they dont know how to play their class.
There are even deathknights in full spell plate and if you tell them to read a guide or watch a video about a boss to make it easier you have to explain the entire fight every time...
Its very frustrating and all "good" or experienced players are in a few elite guilds but most of them have silly rules or you have to be online the whole time and raid 6 days per week.
So after half of Ulduar I had to stop and now I play some alts and level up other classes.
@ Erycil: Are you kiting the golems the whole time without killing them? It's easier if you just kill them and have a tank for the golems. Each golem gives Ignis 15% more attack power. We have one Tank on Ignis and the other tank for the golems (or whatever they are called).

Actually, in PUGs I've seen the off-tank in the Ignis fight works with mages/hunters to help get them to the designated spots. Trouble is, they keep going for the squishies after standing in the Scorch area. No amount of heals can save them from getting one-shotted.
I've since gave up healing Ulduar, now doing ToC and H-ToC. The gear seems to favor less +Hit for my Hunter, though.
