Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards, Switchpriest!
Have you tried restarting Magelo Sync? That will get it to work most of the time. If it doesn't, please open up the Magelo Sync log by pressing Ctrl+Shift+L when Magelo Sync is activated and paste the contents of the log here. The log should help us ind out what occured in your session and hopefully let us know why it wasn't able to find your character.
