Per Erycil's replies in a few different threads they are working on some stability issues and the login server is down while this work is done.
An update will be posted as soon as Sync is available again.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
8/11/09 Downtime is still intermitent. If you're having an issue connecting wait a couple of hours and try again.

EsFlounder, you should be able to log into Magelo Sync most hours of the day and you should be able to update your character unless you're logging in at precisely the times that it's been down for the past few weeks.

As Erycil said the outages have been a few hours here and there, but they are still happening. If you have an issue logging into Sync try again in a couple of hours.
