Cant' change/deleting, create new character profile.

Hi Crush1984,
Would you mind informing us which character in your account you are trying to delete please?
To create a new character profile, please use Magelo Sync to Sync your characters. If it is having difficulties detecting a specific character, please press Ctrl + Shift + L to open up the Magelo Sync log, then copy and paste the contents in your reply so we can find out what may be missing.
