I am a female orc on WoW, and when I synced it shows me as a male orc on my signature thing.
Anyone know how to fix this? or what is going on?

There seems to be an error with your profile as well, making it unreadable. I would recommend re-Syncing your character after we've patched Magelo Sync - that should re-do its 3D image.

When will Magelo be patched again? I did do the re-sync, but wasn't sure if you guys patched it yet. I am still a male lol

It will be patched again within this week. Once it is done, please try re-Sync your character and see if its 3D image is corrected.
Edit: VarCryne, was your character under the effect of a Noggenfogger Elixir or any spell that changes your character appearance when you Sync'ed?

It's fixed now, and we added some nice features to the 3D model in the profile this patch. (Open your profile 3D image to see it!)
