Recently my character obtained some gear from this new instance. However it is not in Magelo's database and therefore the stats on my character are quite off.
Any ETA on when these new items will be added?

Items are added to the database by people running Sync in the background while they play.
Erycil says that Sync has been patched, so try running it in the background and see if they feed to the database.

I am wondering if this is related to my problem when syncing my druid?
My lock and hunter are fine, btu it will not sync my druid.
"Unable to synchronize equipment,
invalid item received"

I think we finally fixed the problem, please try to sync your character again and let us know how it goes, thanks !

Currently as of 10 minutes ago my profile still will not update due to missing items. Glitched US Hellscream. If you check the armory i am almost certain its my bracers from ToC creating the issue.
Edit: It may also be the new tabard from the argent crusade, epic gems or even my displayed title "Crusader" these are the only things that have changed that im aware of since the last time i was able to update.

It looks like the stats for the items now exist. The new problem is that the 3d images don't.
So I'm still wearing (graphically) old gear. Even new valor emblem boots I just bought don't show. >.>
Stats still slightly off but I didn't take a picture of my stats in game since getting upgrades so ignore my signature stuff.

We've found out why the 3D images aren't updating, and have just uploaded the codes to fix that. AnexPMS and Fannatik, would you mind to re-Sync now to see if your images will be corrected please?
