I have updated twice now in November using the magelo sync, yet my profile shows last update date of spetember !!

Our team will be looking into this issue. Could you try and see if any of your other characters will update after Sync please?

Have tried to sync all my characters and it does not show an update. Also tried deleting an old profile from a deleted character and this does not work also.

Hi Cailissian,
Our team has just uploaded a minor hotfix to correct any outstanding issues with the profile and signature. Please let us know if you are still having difficulties getting them to update.

None of my guild's magelo sigs are working ! I have checked to make sure everyone is using the correct code. They just are not showing on the guild forums or in porfiles.
