I have tried to add two of my toons, Mørphine and Jagermeistr thorough the Armory Import. They have both been stuck for over three hours just spinning endlessly. I followed the instructions given for the first one and Jager got stuck just trying to find it on the Armory. How can I get them fixed so I can import the rest of my toons?

I'm having the same problem. Import hasn't worked for me since prior to the patch yesterday: worked on Monday, Tuesday not so much.

Can you please let me know the name and the server/region of your character you are trying to import ? I will look into it asap !

I wanted to sync my toon, Cassitüde from Echo Isles (US), and it says to, "Select and save "Flex" animation in the Armory. Then "Verify"." I don't know what this "Flex" animation is, or where to find it. When I click on Verify, it keeps coming back with the same message >.>

Hi sharkgrrl, it's quite simple, really.
You need to go to the World of Warcraft Armory. An appropriate link to it can be found at the top-right side of the official World of Warcraft website.
Once there, you can click on 'Log in' at the top right and log into the Armory with your World of Warcraft account username and password. After that is done, type in your character name in the search area, click 'Search', and select your character.
Wait for it to fully load your character's 3D profile in the Armory, then select the pose (it will be available when you hover the mouse over the bottom part of the Armory 3D model) and 'Save' it.
Return to your 'My characters' list in Magelo and click 'Verify'. The system will check your Armory pose and add your character to the list if the correct pose is detected.
