The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/8/sync.launch?8.1275768512003).
What to do?

Hi jinxs,
Can you try to delete your cache dir and the sync.properties files in your Magelo Sync install directory (by default it should be: C:\Program Files\Magelo\Magelo Sync ).
Let us know how it goes.

Your log shows that a proxy connection is attempted
"Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Can't connect to SOCKS proxy:Connection refused*"
You can check your java connection settings in:
Start -> Control Panel -> Java -> Network Settings
If you are not using a proxy, then just select "Direct Connection"
Then click Ok and Ok again, restart Magelo Sync and it should work now.
