Click on the gear planner and nothing happens. Just seems to be stuck in the load up process. This is my first time attempting to use gear planner.

It's great to see players starting to get enthusiastic about the Gear Planner!
Well, Jinxs, what the Gear Planner will always do is to load up the first of your main characters by default. Unfortunately, this happens to be your Warrior, which hasn't been updated in many months - this causes a glitch since some talents were slightly changed during an earlier patch.
If you do not intend to use that character anymore, you may wish to assign a different character as your main. Otherwise, please update your main character and it should load properly in the Gear Planner from now.

I took the liberty to swap your main character to your most updated character and the gear planner loads fine now. Please either update your old characters in order to use them correctly in the gear planner.

We also fixed the issue with your old characters, they shouldn't crash the GP anymore.
