Is there a way to set up an offspec gear list with whats best for the offspec? because currently im a tank, but i pvp as an arms warrior and would like to make a wish list for that spec as well. is this possible?

You can Sync your secondary spec and pull up the 'Secondary' spec for that character in the Gear Planner.
