Currently, the show helm feature is turned off on all my toons. I would like to turn on the helm for one of them but when I go to the edit profile section there is no "save" button. Am I missing something? Is there some other way to make this work?

Hi Brienna,
The ability to edit your character profiles (which include the 3D model) is a Premium feature. Not only that, you can get lots of other benefits such as 50mb of storage space, use the Inventory Viewer, and play around with advanced item/stat filters in the Gear Planner.
A 10-day free trial is available if you want to test out the features offered by Premium.

Just to be sure I understand. The show helm feature is only available to premium members? I looked for the premium symbol but I didn't see it by that particular section.

Some of the signature and avatar customization options are free, but all the ones for the profile are Premium features.
In the 'Customize Profile' section you will see the "This feature is premium. Upgrade your account to customize your Profile." text at the side to indicate that the features on that particular page is Premium.
