Hi,
I'd like to report two problems i met.
1. I'm from CN servers, i tried to import two character from armory but it costed too much time and still nothing.What should i do?
2. i installed the sync client and the JVE was also installed,everything worked fine until the character sync step. I tried several times but no “Sync Now" button appeared. I got a message saying something like "wow.exe has been updated, Magelo Sync will update soon to support the current version". Please tell me what to do, thanks in advance.By the way, the version of my WOW is 3.3.5

Hello villevalo123,
When Cataclysm was launched in December 2010, we updated our website to reflect the new game mechanics applied with WoW latest patch (4.0.1). Unfortunately, we couldn't maintain the database for both the 3.2 and the 4.0.1 patchs.
We are really sorry but for the moment you cannot use Magelo Sync or the Armory import to update your characters and it will not be possible until the Patch 4.0.1 will be applied in China. Hopefully soon!

In the meantime, you can check our database to preview what you will discover with Cataclysm. It certainly does not hurt to be prepared for the next expansion, so you can look forward to it!
