I have recently changed my race, but even after successfully syncing more than once, my character is still incorrect on Magelo. It is showing the icon next to my name saying I am a blood elf so something is happening when syncing, but the portrait is of my old goblin look, including the 3D render. Even the helm item is incorrect, showing my PVP helm when I am currently wearing my PVE helm.
In Armory and Wow head I can confirm that the updates were successful. Its just Magelo that is yet to update.
I have a number of profile setups which I will look if I delete my character and sync from scratch, so I would like to avoid that.

That's funny... I just changed a setting in the character customization to now show the helmet and puff everything updated now...

Hello eltako,
It certainly was a cache issue. Updating anything in your profile/sig customization force them to refresh and here you go! Glad everything is good now
