The 3D model is currently down for an update. So it is not visible in the website as well as in your profiles, signatures and avatars. We will keep you posted as soon as it will be back online. Have a good week-end everyone!

We are still working on it TinkerBella. We understand it's been now a long time the 3D model is down, but the issue is not easy to fix. We are doing our best to resolve this and we will keep you posted.
In the meantime, when you customize your signature, you could select the option "Do not display portrait in signatures." to avoid having a blank space for the portrait. You could also add your own image to update the portrait.
For the profile, in the same idea you can also unckeck "Open the 3D model by default".

The 3D model is back! The quality still needs to be improved but the good news is that your character's 3D is now back in your profiles, signatures and avatars.
