If you are having issue to synchronize your character, after we patched Magelo Sync on Feb 25 to support MOP, please post your Magelo Sync log here.
You just need to try again to sync your character and when the error orccurs, press "ctrl + shift + L", keeping the focus on Magelo Sync. A window will open with a code, you can copy and past in your message.

Do you have the game running? The log only shows that you are logged into Magelo Sync. Please start to log your character in the game, then log into Magelo Sync. It should automatically detect your character. If it's not the case, you can press "ctrl + shift+ L" to post a fresh log. Thank you.

Logged into game ,logged into magelo sync,I hit world of warcraft on the menu,says I have to launch World of warcraft manually.But I already have to no result.Plus I did the cntrl,shift,L and nothing.

Are you sure you are not using the wow 64 bit client ? Because the only reason why Magelo Sync would be be able to detect the game at all that I can think of is that...
Remember that right now, Magelo Sync only works with wow 32bit.

Yea...I have no idea what client it is.32 or 64.If I have a 64 can and how do I switch it to the correct one?I don't want to go through installing and reinstalling it,to me its not worth the hassle.

Well I got it all taken care of ,found that you can switch to 32 in the option panel of wow.And its working.As far as updating.

Tried switching to 32 bit mod for WoW and still am unable to sync with Magelo update.

There was a new Hotfixes applied in the game on March 15 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync. Please keep an eye on the homepage news for an update.
