Hi there! I recently tried to import my character from the armory (which is now stuck) HOWEVER I now have the magelo sync up and running but it is not syncing to my character. Ive tried re-installed, manually opening, logging in and out. I am wondering if it is because my toon is still in queue from before.
Any help would be great! Thanks!

Hello Calaryn and sorry for those issues.
We are still working on the update of Magelo Sync and the Armory Import to cope with the last game update so you cannot update your character or at the moment. As soon as everything is back to normal, we will post an update on the homepage of the website.

Magelo Sync and Armory import are functional again since the beginning of April. There is still some work to do to have fully functional profile but we already updated the database with the latest game data.

Why does Magelo Sync not recognize that WoW is running? It tells me I don't have any game running right now, and I can choose a game to launch. I have a character logged in right now and it won't work. Also the armory won't import AGAIN. Please help!!

You say Magelo Sync doesn't work with 64 bit client.. ok how do you get a 32 bit client? I went to download a 32 bit client and it only gives a Windows option.. just one. So what now? Magelo is useless for Sync with Premium members? To me, that makes it worthless. Surely there has to be an answer to this issue. If this was EQ, it would have been resolved quickly.

Hi Aquirrah,
You cannot sync your character right now as new game hotfixes have been applied on June 17 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync. Please keep an eye o the homepage announcement where we will post an update.

What about the eternal trying to verify armory? It is quick to recognize that the character doesn't have the slot empty, but when you do unequip the slot as requested it just go into its forever verification process. If I log back in and re-equip the slot, it says it failed and I need to unequip and log out... /sigh.

Magelo Sync has been updated. You can synchronize your characters again.
There is in fact an issue with the Armory import. We are working on it and we will keep you posted.

Magelo sync is not working again also... so bummer on both ways to get characters to show.
