After the last fix my eyes appear to be closed. http://wow.magelo.com/profile/7343 I am wondering however could this be related to the fact my helm should be tigers eye goggles which could be interfering with the model?

Surprise, surprise I'm aware we have an issue concerning eyes, in fact, our render engine handles animated characters and it takes screenshots at random points in time. That's why there's a chance the screenshot is taken when eyes are closed
