I'm not able to log in even though I put in the correct username/password.. I copied/pasted from the email i was sent. how to I fix this?

You need to log into Magelo Sync using the same username and password you're using here in the forums. Your World of Warcraft login and password cannot be used to log into Magelo Sync. If you're having difficulties logging into Magelo Sync with your Magelo username and password, I would suggest resetting your Magelo password and using the new one to log into Magelo Sync.
Currently, though, Magelo Sync will not work with World of Warcraft as we need to patch it to keep up with the changes made to the game with Echoes of Doom.
