I tried last night to update both my UD Rogue, (male) and UD Mage, (female). It detected my Rogue and was able to sync without any errors. As for the mage, it was trying to detect what character I was playing and it never did. I'm sure it's connected to the "3d face" issue with UD females as well. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Hi Noemore, Could you please link your log file here? Just press "Ctrl + Shift + L" when you are on Magelo Sync as it is explained in the guide available in our help section: If I have an issue with Magelo Sync, what can I do? . It will be helpful for us to better understand the origin of your issue. Thanks

Last night it wouldn't sync at all and I try this morning and it's fine. Any word on the ETA of the missing UD female head?
