i Have question why Magelo cant get info from game? I cant update proflile from lvl 70 to current when my mage is at 80. Pls hlp me with this.

Would you mind letting me know the exact error message that shows up please?
If there's no error message, could you please open up the Magelo Sync Log and copy + paste the contents here? It would really help us identify the source of the error.
