hi im having a problem with my chars. Magelo keeps reporting that the sync is trying to detect my logged character in WoW but after a long time, my character still doesnt appear. what can i do to rectify this, please?

Initially, it may take a few minutes before Magelo Sync will completely detect your characters, but if it's taking too long (say, over 5-7 minutes without successfully detecting it), it may be an error with reading the character information. I would suggest restarting Magelo Sync and see if it will detect the character successfully, but if it does not work, would you mind providing the Magelo Sync log? You can bring it up by hitting Ctrl + Shift + L while Magelo Sync is running, then copy and paste the contents here.
