I saw that there was a post about this previously, however no matter how many times I re-synch my characters, it's still showing the incorrect hairstyles and colors for almost all of them. Only one character shows the correct, the others do not. It's not limited to any specific race, as the one that updated is a Troll, but one that won't is also a Troll. What can I do to help correct this problem?

I was able to get the correct hairstyles by deleting the previous profiles and syncing up new ones. However, now I am unable to save new signatures. When I go to edit it, it still has the custom things selected, but the picture only shows the default. I've waited quite a while for it to update, and tried clearing my cache, but no luck.

Hi Safira, It's most likely an issue connected to the bug that prevents you from editing your signatures. We're trying to locate the source of this bug and will have it corrected ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

Should be fixed now, thanks for your patience. As a reminder, the preview you see in the custom signature should instantly reflect your changes however in the forums, it will take 1-2 mn to be seen.
