Is it possible to show us the contents of your Magelo Sync log please? That will give us an idea of what went wrong.
You may press "Ctrl + Shift + L" when Magelo Sync is running to access the log.

Hello LoloPinkyXx,
Would it be possible to run the Repair tool in your World of Warcraft folder please? From the looks of it some of the game files may have been changed/damaged and or changed, which may be why Magelo Sync was having difficulties recognizing the server correctly.
